Conditions of services

Pharma DS offers space in its listings of pharmaceutical and related products and services (as well as requests for products and services) along with its activity to promote the use of the listing and to reach the largest possible audience of potential customers for and providers of the products and services listed in the listings. You can enter information in the listing at following conditions: The terms for becoming a Registered User and to enter data in the listing are listed in the page Terms of services.

1. Registration

   The Registration as User of Pharma DS Xchange Services free of charge.

2. Fees for items entered in the listings

   For every item (offer of a product or service) entered in the listings of products or services offered of Pharma DS the User will be billed 1 (one) US$ for every day or fraction thereof the item is listed in the listing. Items can be entered in the listings of products or services requested for free. Days are intended to begin at 00:00 GMT. Pharma DS will invoice the User on the basis of the services provided by 00:00 GMT of the first day of every month.

3. Database searches

   Searches in the listings of products or services offered of Pharma DS the User are free of charge and do not require User registration. The right to search the listings of products or services requested is subject to a charge of 1 (one) US$ per day or fraction thereof. Days are intended to begin at 00:00 GMT. In order to obtain access the search pages of the listings of products or services requested, the Registration as a User of Pharma DS Xchange Services is required. Pharma DS will invoice the User on the basis of the services provided by 00:00 GMT of the first day of every month.

4. e-mail services for anonymously entered items

   Pharma DS makes it possible to enter items into the listing without disclosing the identity of the advertising party. The messages will be forwarded to the advertising party by Pharma DS. This service is free of any additional charge.

5. MatchSeeker (Alerts)

   Pharma DS send e-mail reports about new items entered in the listings to advertisers that potentially can be interested in the new item.This feature is called pxc.biz™ MatchSeeker. Registered Users can activate the MatchSeeker option offered by Pharma DS. This feature of the system makes it possible for Users who select it to be prompted every time a possible match to a product they published is entered in the complementary listing. This service is free of charge.

6. Maximum fees for a calendar year

   The fees charged to Registered User will amount to a maximum of 2000 (two thousand) US$ per calendar year. All pxc.biz™ services provided in excess of this amount will be free of charge.

7. Finder fees

   Pharma DS does NOT claim finder fees for any business opportunity created through the listings that host the User's information.

8. Variation of conditions

   Pharma DS reserves the right to vary prices of the mentioned services and of any other services it provides. Variations in prices will become effective at 00:00 GMT of the first day of a given month. Pharma DS will notify the Users by e-mail and by posting the information about the variation on its pages in the www.pxc.biz site two weeks before the new prices of the services become effective. Pharma DS reserves the right to change this Conditions of Use.
